Trading forex in 9 years, worked with many Forex Brokers, I see that Dukascopy is the best forex broker. Because of the below reasons:

1- This is a prestigious forex broker, Dukascopy is also a Bank so that you will not worry about your money in your account.

2- Dukascopy organizes many forex contests so that Traders can receive money or experiences without paying any fees. They make the trading skills of Trader better.

3- JForex3 trading platform is very good and fast, the trading environment is true ECN, the spread is acceptable. Client support is very good and fast

I am long enough now (5 years ) in this industry of retail trading to have a full understanding would i dare say. I was with oanda for 4,5 years , a naive traider not factoring the spreads ( and especially the flunctuations of spread and how much it would take for the gap to get back to normal). In the grand finale when you start getting profitable and experienced , it is actually what makes the difference.

I have started trading with ducascopy , and although i am not long enough with them, neither have I requested a withdraw yet, I would dare to say that I am ad infinitum happier with their services and platform ( especially the market depth indicator ). This is not a market maker, rather a liquidity provider and their spreads are considerably lower ( including the fixed commission). In addition, it helps me with my analysis given that the candles are as close to the reality possible.

Sure, it takes a bit more documents for the registration and everything is a bit more formal. But that is exactly why I like this broker even more. I do not want to go to a casino where they let me trade it / gamble it all at once, rather I want a broker that has the required environment for me to actually TRADE. The fact that it is an actual liquidity provider & a swiss regulated bank ( and not a market maker) increases exponentially my considerations for this broker.

For the mentioned reasons I give this broker 5 stars. If anything changes in the future, or any bad experiences, it will be reflected by me editing this rating.

I tried this broker for binary options, I liked it very much as a broker, very precise and serious, too bad that the binary options are now with the spread.

I have never had any complaint in the performance of the platform as a manual trader. I think the trade executions by Dukascopy are top-notch because I get very decent entries and exits even at high volatility. Their agent also is quite punctual in replying to emails. This was three years ago. Now, I see a lot of complaints about Dukascopy’s customer support and this is true as I am still trading with them. I waited for a month before I got a response from my agent (who was quite polite I must say). I don’t think the problem is with the agents though. My guess is more like a shift in management (or in their policy) that started this downtrend on customer support. Probably too few employees or they aren’t paid enough.

I recently opened an account at Dukascopy. The service was a bit slow, but followed in an acceptable manner. But for about a week I can no longer talk to my account manager. I already tried it by email and calling directly without success. The chat on the Dukascopy page does not respond and the email contact us also does not respond.

I agree on several posts commenting the sub par customer support. I’m not client yet but I wonder why they don’t respond to my emails about some clarifications, as I sent 3 several weeks ago, but zero responses. I wonder what could happen in case of real trouble with a live account. The most probable outcome is not oppening a live account. Dukascopy can be a great name, but with this poor customer support no way.

The account manager doesn’t reply to the email. I sent it 11 days ago.
I funded my account and get my username/password in April 2017 and got a maintenance fee in July 2017.
I planned deposit more but that incident makes me think again, maybe with another broker.

I strongly believe they have very poor support.. I also believe not all regulated platforms are a good platform,they can be worst than those non-regulated that have first class support.

coming from this dukascopy, my first impression, the support is bad, account manager dun seems to reply within a day.. u got to be patient with them I guess.

to me is, if support poor, dun even touch them. just walk away.

The worst I have ever tried, so disappointed, so regret to open my account with them.
though am not a new trader and been in fx long years ago
